5 /5 master sprinkles: Great club great staff team. Very helpful people and always polite. Kayla in particular was a great help to me when I had an issue on my account. My only complaint is about other gym members, you guys need to clean up after yourselves!!

1 /5 king_dre_3000: It is way too over crowded at this gym. You barely can get a full workout in all the barbells and dumbbells being hogged and some of the guest don’t have no consideration of giving you space when using the gym machines like get out of my way! And how does a gym don’t have a bench press machine? They really need to get it together with this gym! I don’t too care for this Planet Fitness at all. There’s other gyms that’s better and have a bench press machine there!

3 /5 Steve Uribes: It’s a great gym like most planet fitness gyms most equipment works a lot of them are broken but the worst part about this specific one is the lack of hygiene of the people that use this gym very bad body odor that you can smell from across the gym. The other day I used the preacher curl machine and couldn’t make it through my set because of the smelly sweat from the pad, I tried to wipe it down but the spray they offer here seems watered down or doesn’t offer any change to the scent of the padding on the machines. Other than the body odor of certain patrons this gym is great the only thing I would change is adding a rule to make sure people use deodorant or at least shower before coming to the gym.

3 /5 Cynthia Rodriguez: I’m very mindful of employees’ time, as I also work in customer service and retail. I always make sure to leave at least 10 minutes before closing, and I verify the hours on Google before going to ensure I have enough time for a good workout. Today, I was asked to leave at 10 p.m., even though both Google and the official Planet Fitness website list this location as 24 hours. On my way out, I did notice a small sign on the counter stating “closes at 10 p.m.,” but I hadn’t seen it when I arrived. I’m sure the hours can easily be updated online to prevent confusion for members. What really bothered me, though, was the way the situation was handled. One staff member shouted that it was closing time, and another asked if he could yell and tell people to leave on weekends—when she said yes, he responded, “Thank God,” which I found very unprofessional and rude.
