Honestly, this is the worst Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to, and all because of how poorly it’s run.
Buy new equipment, fix the gym, or stop stealing money from your customers.
The staff are always completely detached—half the time glued to their phones, rude, and sometimes even raising their voices at members. Machines are constantly “under maintenance,” but the reality is many of them aren’t even broken—they just slap a sign on so they don’t have to actually replace old equipment. Out of 4 climbing machines, 3 are marked broken, and 2 of them are perfectly fine! That’s not maintenance, that’s laziness and greed.
The equipment itself is outdated and dusty. The gym feels poorly ventilated, and anyone doing cardio will notice how stuffy and low-oxygen the air is. For the amount of people who come here, there is shockingly little equipment, and what’s left is falling apart.
This is pure poor management—cheap, greedy, and careless. We pay money every single month, and this is what we get? No new equipment, no care for members, just signs slapped on machines so they can squeeze more time out of them. Shameful.
