It is clear she is well-trained, her class offered more variety and adjustments to target different muscle groups than other reformer classes Ive taken, and I appreciated her style of giving cues and form corrections. The equipment is top notch, and if I werent traveling so much over the next month, Id be back fast. Note, the studio does share space with another business. Im glad to have Perfect Fit Pilates in my reformer repertoire. Really excited to keep supporting this local business owner.

I’m obsessed after going a month. Every teacher is amazing, every class is just as much mentally challenging as it physically. I’m so happy I signed up because I had been wanting to for years. If you’re on the fence about it, 100% give it a shot.

Sharon Currie: Libby is such a welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable manager. The trainers are helpful and truly enthusiastic about helping people. The facility is very well appointed with every machine you could want. The customers are nice and happy to be there. A very good vibe throughout. Not overcrowded. The app works great. I love being able to see how many people are at the gym before I go there. The secure access building in a good location with generous parking is a plus.

They remember details about you, and really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling so supported!! Christian especially is a rockstar- she is sooo empathetic and the biggest cheerleader. If you need to be gassed up- she’s your girl!!! Thank you training zone for all the love!!

Generations Health Club & Spa - Grass Valley

Gabi Aleman: Great little neighborhood healthclub with spa services. I like yoga with Joy and see Abi for facials. They also offer virtual class attendace which appears popular as last class had mix of equal parts in-person and virtual attendees. They also offer massage, accupuncture and personalized fitness training. I have not used the equipment, but it has a good selection of weights along with bikes and treadmills. Membership is quite affordable. Facility is kept clean and well maintained.

Limitless Fitness - Grass Valley

Tyler Van Norman: Limitless fitness, the staff, and owners are amazing. I reached out to the Limitless team 6 months ago to help get me started on my health and wellness journey. Having zero gym experience and a damaged shoulder, I was extremely hesitant to try and repair my injury alone. I was invited in to elaborate on what I was experiencing,(Debilitating neck and shoulder pain). After a clear explanation of what I was experiencing, Courtney created tailored workout routines around my neck and shoulder pain. The support Courtney provided to me built a solid foundation for me to build from. I have been working directly with Courtney 2 days a week for the past 5 months and it has been life changing. My overall health and wellbeing has increased significantly. Feeling better, moving easier, and getting a good workout in is something I look forward to daily ! Annie Pieper: Wow this studio is amazing! From the moment I joined I was greeted by the owner, shown around the gym and made to feel right at home. How have I missed this little gem right in my own backyard. The hot yoga class I took was AMAZING!!!! The inclusive welcoming reception can’t be beat. This studio offers a wonderful introductory offer of $65 giving you the opportunity to try all of their classes for 30 days. It doesn’t stop there, after that’s over if you want to join you get a SENIOR DISCOUNT. For those of you that have kids, they even offer a kids area. I can’t wait to try out all their other classes. Don’t miss out on Nevada County’s best kept secret.

Heidi Anton: I love clubhouse fitness. Its super clean with amazing views of the golf course and pond. Theres cardio equipment on the deck, open air. I enjoyed the yoga classes and strength training with Coleman.
