2 /5 Stephen Gunter, DC: Rachelle dropped the ball on preparing us for the Immigration interview in Mexico, and we needed to hire legal assistance in Juarez to file additional forms that she claimed were not required; the USCIS website disagreed. Then, after discovering that we had overpaid her by $100, and requesting that our overpayment be refunded, she refused and rather than confirm the facts by reviewing our payment ledger, insisted that I needed to provide her with proof of payments made 5-7 years ago. That has now been given to her, and the next step is to file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Monterey County Bar. I would certainly not recommend her services.
