Although their voicemail stated that they were out of the office for training that day, Marissa took the time to call me back.I explained I needed a quote right away, and despite being out of the office, Marissa went above and beyond to prepare one for me right away! 5 /5 Zachary Lovley: Manny Castillo saved the day for me, coming through with a solid homeowners policy option that wasnt the CA Fair Plan, despite having a property backing to open space in TO. Not only did he come up with an option that others werent able to find, he got this all done for me in the 11th hour, right before a holiday weekend, just as my prior policy was about to expire and was able to correct an error that I made after the fact. Both he and Marissa were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend contacting their office!

My daughter has been in two car accidents in the last 2 years and when filing a claim, my experience with AAA has been great. The claims people are very friendly, good communicators, and followed up several times to make sure my daughter got home safely. Because she spun out in the snow, they ended up making it a no-fault claim and did not raise her rates. They reimbursed us for the expensive tow bill from Boulder to CA and according to the body shop that fixed her car, the claims adjuster was easy to deal with (which I am told is not always the case with other insurance companies who try to nickel and dime the claim). As for my AAA home insurance, all my neighbors have seen their rates sky rocket in CA. Mine have stayed the same. Highly recommend AAA.
