I hate dealing with complicated paperwork, decisions, and overwhelming details so I was nervous about meeting with her. She had me fill out a form ahead of time and send her relevant paperwork. When I met with her, she had read everything and was already knowledgable about my situation. She listened and was genuine and warm. She heard and answered each of my specific questions rather than give me a generic lecture. She answered my questions simply, clearly, thoroughly, and tailored to me. I never felt overwhelmed--I actually felt incredibly relieved, and I didnt know that was possible with this stuff! She had opportunities to recommend I spend thousands of dollars and instead recommended I spend nothing (other than the very reduced and well-spend fee for reviewing my documents and meeting with me for up to 2 hours).
