-They refused to help me when I was hit by another car since I only had liability insurance
-When I won the settlement, it took them a month to put my new car on my insurance
-When they finally updated it, they raised the rates
-They asked for and I submitted the settlement paperwork, but they still canceled my insurance without telling me since it wasn’t the “proper” paperwork
-Through this all, “Tony” the owner was supposed to reach out to me at least 6 different times. He failed to do it even once.
-They said they would reinstate my insurance, but said they would have to raise the rates (for the second time in a month) because of “CA”
-It’s now been five days and still haven’t heard from them
