1 /5 Lila Burke: This agencys responsiveness has been AWFUL. We have been insured through them for some time. Recently we made some changes in our policy that I needed to update a couple of months later. I have sent fifteen email requests and called about twenty times, and either they havent responded or said they would respond and never did. They essentially refused to help me make a change on my policy. Also, when they updated our policy, they incorrectly updated our address and we were not receiving bills to the point I didnt know I was about to be sent to collections (I had no idea because 1- I had previously paid a lump sum, and 2- I received no bill, notice, or mail after receiving my insurance documents electronically). So yesterday, after calling once again, only to be told I would receive a call back that never happened, I called the insurance companies directly to cancel my policy held with this agency and go through insurance companies directly, avoiding seedy, unhelpful agents altogether. If you ever attempt to receive assistance from Paulina Toll at Sean Purcells office, good luck. These are the least responsive "professionals" I have ever worked with in my entire life.
