Jon Marchant: Dont be fooled by the one good rating, it was from before these people took over. Terrible service. The George Petersen Insurance people are disorganized and apparently not ashamed of it. Multiple requests over several months from several family members have been either partially fulfilled or ignored completely. Not a word of apology, just CYA buck-passing. "Thats someone elses responsibility. Heres how you can contact them." is not a helpful reply when asked for information that should have been forthcoming many weeks earlier. Nor is "I dont know what happened to your requests. Ill look into it." If you need insurance, run away! Its hard to imagine how an insurance agency could possibly be worse.
