5 /5 Melissa Cricks: I’m not usually a “gym” person - I typically prefer studio workouts - but NCFP feels like a studio with the perks of a gym, and I absolutely love that. The class instructors are fantastic: they actually pay attention to your form (and correct it!), bring great energy, and make a genuine effort to know you. It’s rare to find that level of personal connection in a class setting.
The workouts themselves are tough, varied, and thoughtfully designed...you can tell they’re created by real trainers who know their stuff. Every class feels different and challenging in the best way. I’m genuinely excited to go each week and so, so glad I found this gem!
