1 /5 Federico Gil: This place has employees that are unprofessional, and treat customers rude. I went in asked for info on how and what you need to get a payday loan, I came back after I had everything they requested. The individual that was helping me look lost, she asked her co worker (the unprofessional one) in a low tone for help, she just told her " just tell him he didnt qualify" she thought I didnt wasnt able to hear her. I asked them for a reason, and she just said she doesnt know. Then a guy came from the back didnt even look at the computer and said looks like I was denied but cant tell me why because its confidential. Whay? How if its my info, I gave them my ID. The woman from the beginning looked at me and decided not to approve or even try. Yes I didnt shave and yes I dont have a hair cut but she shouldnt have just based it on that. DONT COME HERE

2 /5 Daniel Rosic: I called ahead to ask if they could cash a large personal check. The man answered saying that they could do it, but it would take 5 business days. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told by a lady that they don’t accept personal checks. I didn’t push the issue, because the fees (3.3%) would have been in the hundreds of dollars.

5 /5 Lindsay Rucker: They are so friendly, quick and easy. I’ve lived in Novato all my life but spend a lot of time in San rafael but I pick this place over all the others. It’s been the same people working there, they’ve got it down.

5 /5 PHIL Akers: I save on stamps by paying my PG&E bills here--dont know how they make anything for their efforts, since there are no fees. PG&E had an office in San Rafael that closed down, and a similar check cashing place down 4th Street also closed. The staff is friendly and they know what there doing.
