1 /5 Nayri A.: I’m writing this review to share a disappointing experience I had at your branch today. I came in after having ongoing issues with my Zelle account and waited in line for nearly an hour to get assistance. The representative who initially helped me said the issue was resolved. However, when I went outside to test it, the problem was still not fixed.
I returned inside to explain that it was still not working, hoping for further help. Instead, I was told, “We cant do anything at this point you have to call Zelle.” I explained that I had already tried that for several days without success. The employee simply said he was busy and had another customer, then walked away mid-conversation. When I asked for his name, he ignored me until I asked again at which point he raised his voice and said, "Richard."
This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. After spending so much time trying to resolve this issue, I did not expect to be dismissed so abruptly, especially after being patient and respectful throughout. I understand that not every issue can be solved in branch, but customer service still matters. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way.
I hope this feedback helps improve how future customers are treated with patience, courtesy, and respect.
