They insisted that I buy their own home warranty Called First American Home Warranty. I did and regretted it. 2 valid claims denied. 85.00 x 2 claims. 170.00 out of pocket spent. Dishwasher and refrigerator failures denied. Delay and Deny tactics were used. This company turns home ownership into undue stress to make a buck. AVOID at all costs.
