My brother recently added his girlfriend to his policy but since we both had my moms address they added her to mine as well , although I have had my home insurance and have been living at my own house for the past two years. So now they want to charge me $296.84 extra when Its only me driving both of my cars. Helen and Maria have been really helpful but Laura is so rude and sent me a text message being sarcastic. I asked for Corp info so I can try to appeal because this is not my fault nor should I have to pay that balance and she replied "Sure..." if this was the systems fault and I had called ahead of time since this isnt the first time I get over charged with no refund this is something they should fix.

RATHER HONEST THAN IMPRESSIVE: ‼️ Well, These reviews speak volumes‼️ Apparently upper management or owners need to listen but arent! MARIA WAS RUDE and treated my mother who has been a member with Triple A for over 33 years, terribly. Snotty attitude like youre wasting her time. My mother is almost 80 yrs old and had done her notary with Triple A for YEARS, 19, to be exact and had never had an issue. But Maria made sure she had one today. Time to change insurance and not deal with this poor excuse of a location. This one sounds like they need to be shut down too! Were wasting our time here, obviously.

cg PANDA: we have an open claim and they have not gotten in contact with us i had to call them then the agent told us we have to speck to the other insurance to figure something out now they want to cancel our plan when this s the first and only accident we have after we talked to the other insurance its on thing how good the people are when it comes to payments but when we need them for what we are paying they ball up and dont help

It literally kept me awake at nite, wondering what the right plan was and being on a VERY limited income made it worse. Then David stepped into my world of Medicare , or rather I should say, flew in with a Superman cape on and took all my concerns and addressed each one. He was patient, kind and caring. I have recommended him to everyone who is needing this. Its difficult enough to grow older without being made to be confused about health plans as well. Thank God for Mr. Molano!
