1 /5 Jenny Bang: I attended the Heated Vinyasa class on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the class started a bit late, and the instructor spent some time talking about the full moon before beginning the practice. While that might be meaningful for some, it didn’t feel very relevant to the yoga experience I was hoping for. I tried this studio through a Groupon offer, and I’m glad I had the chance to experience it before deciding on a membership. The membership price is quite expensive, and I think I’ll just leave it at that experience.

5 /5 Jacqueline Gonzalez: The customer service, staff, were great and helpful. I got there barely on time and they still managed to get me into my class on time, without feeling rushed. The instructor was very helpful as well. The class was the perfect size and not too crowded. I got a good workout and I would definitely recommend.

Erin Kelley: This location has a cool, industrial vibe and a friendly, diverse membership and staff. While Im not a fan of the two-story layout, the gym makes great use of the space—its pretty cool to ride an exercise bike from a perch overlooking the floor below. The equipment is standard, and the Black Card spa is on the smaller side, but it has all the basics like tanning and massage chairs.

The attention to our form and breathing every coach is dedicated to the members at this location. If I want to modify a move, I just ask. Love this F45 Eastlake community!! Bound Boxing - Chula Vista

Bianca Mendez: This place is not Kid friendly, Juan manager/coach is so unprofessional and will scare your kid away. I walked in with my 10 year old to go over the program ,pricing etc. Well we didnt even get to that part the coach proceeded with questions in spanish about how much he liked the sport my son looked at me because he doesnt know spanish he said NO NO dont look at your mom i am talking to you. My son out of fear responded 7. Juan determined my kid is not interested in the sport because he responded a 7 to his 1-10 question. Juan told my son not to waste his time. I asked for a try out Juan said he doesnt do try outs because he doesnt work for free. My son then said nevermind mom i dont want to do boxing anymore. I was shocked, because he was very excited about boxing. I had a long talk with my son on our way back home, he said to me he didnt change his mind about boxing, he just doesnt want to do it with Juan because he is mean. This guy doesnt know how to approach a kid he scares them away and makes them doubt about the sport. Stay away take your kid somewhere else.

Oliver Curiel: Hands down this is one of the coolest boxing Gyms in San Diego. The Coaches are super friendly and knowledgable in the sport of Boxing. I come from not knowing how to throw a propper punch to full on sparring. I like how they have special outside of the gym workouts for the fight team on the weekends at no extra cost, unlike other locations. I would recommend United Boxing San Diego to everyone!

There are classes for all ages with head coach and owner PJ Barch who is one of the best BJJ competitors in the world, and team. The 10p South Bay coaches are a group who still compete at the highest level while constantly sharpening their own game and sharing what they learn with their students. Choosing this school is a guaranteed way to level up your jiu jitsu, or guarantee that you build a strong base as a beginner. 10/10 would recommend.
