1 /5 Man 1000: Do not order from MV Jewelry Exchange! I had the misfortune of placing my first and last online order (#36968) with this bad business. Something told me to pay with PayPal so Id have some protection and Im so glad I did because thats how I was able to get a refund after making a claim. They have horrible to no communication. The email address posted on their site was undeliverable. I also emailed a different address of the seller given on my PayPal receipt, no answer. They answered 2 out of 7 calls in a 3 week period. The first conversation, an older male stated that my order must have been a mistake because they dont sell online and that hed call me back. Even though there are multiple methods of payment on their website that I placed my order on. The second time they finally answered weeks later, I was told by the same older male that hed call me back. I never got a call back either time. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant online experience that Ive went through. Save yourself the headache.
