Golden Legacy Law Group - Brentwood Steph K: We established a family Trust in 2019, I called to make changes to the trust, left a message, call was not returned, then contacted them through their chat and had my call finally returned 3 weeks later by an INCREDIBLY RUDE secretary. This woman was frustrated by my questions (I have no idea what the process is to make changes, yet she spoke to me like I was a idiot), after she was completely unprofessional for the entirety of our conversation, she told me it was too difficult for her to make an appointment for me, 3 people quit apparently, not surprised if they are working with this woman. I called her out on her unprofessional tone and she literally hung up on me. Go anywhere else, these people dont have time for you and their problem of turnover is now the problem of their clients. NO THANK YOU!
