She knew exactly how to address the issue without pain and as a result in less than a year the disks (to my doctors amazement) went back to almost normal. I have been going ever since and having turned 87 I credit Gil with my fixability and stamina to keep on traveling and to be engaged in community volunteer organizations. I really love the studio, all the teachers and participants are very relaxed and down to earth and kind, and also clearly very knowledgeable and skilled.
