    jane L: 3rd time going to this location. Everytime has been an issue with this location. First time they deposit cash into savings not checking. My card was declined at store. I should have gone to different location this time but it was close to shopping center I needed to go to. This time they did not want to exchange a ripped bill that was only missing 5%, dog ripped it. Serial numbers were complete. Clearly states online any bill not missing more than half and with entire serial numbers can be exchanged at your bank. Went to a different office in apple valley and they gladly exchanged it with no issues.
