I had car insurance with Geico for many years but ever since they left California it was almost impossible to speak with a real person (among many other issues). Im so happy I decided to switch to State Farm. If I had known their costumer service was this good and fast I would have switched a long time ago. Eventually, I bought this lady’s car and Mike became my insurance agent. Mike has always been very helpful and always available either by email or on the phone. He is honest and up front with everything. Mike actively looked for the best rates and coverage annually. He always gave me the best advices.
