Ozel Jewelers - Redlands
Kayla: I had such a great experience getting my ring resized here. The team was super communicative and kept me updated on each step of the process, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile by outsourcing some of the gems to make sure my ring was restored to its original vintage condition. The customer service is always wonderful, and Gray is especially great to work with. I’m always greeted with a smiling face when I walk in, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Jessica Jasmine Ruiz: My husband and I came in to upgrade my ring. They helped me narrow down options and made it so easy for me to pick and try on different rings. I got my ring THE NEXT DAY. We loved supporting this family run business, and will be doing all our future jewelry shopping here!
Tekin Brothers Jewelers - Redlands
Nini Abdrabo: It was my first time going to Tekin Brothers. I had a really bent wedding ring with dents on the sides and I hadnt been able to wear my wedding ring in over a year. I finally had the means to get it fixed and went here. When I went in, they said they could cut off my band and make a new one for $350. I honestly expected the price to be way more than that. I went on Monday(04/07) and they called me today(04/09). When I went to go pick up the ring, it looked like a BRAND NEW RING. They were so kind and sweet. The prices are fair and their honest. They do great work. If I ever need anything done with my jewelry, I will be going here and you should too!

Kristin Rooney: Our home was burned to the ground in the Eaton fire and seemingly miraculously, we found my beloved wedding rings in the rubble. They appeared charred beyond repair but when we brought them to Michael, he restored them to almost their original condition. He wasn’t sure he could do it at first but somehow the rings survived the worst of the fire. He did an incredible job and we are so grateful to him. I highly recommend him, he is super knowledgeable and kind and fair. Thank you Michael, we won’t forget you!

Jason Williams: I had a ~$500 watch delivered for repair to these guys in the mall. Overall, from outside it looked a pretty descent and classy place, so I decided to go in. I will make this painful experience short, and simply tell you that if you want to buy a watch, and did your homework about pricing etc, its fine you can go ahead and buy it. If you intend to REPAIR your watch.. stay as far away as possible. First, I was told that the watch was not repairable, so a new mechanism would have to be installed worth $100. Long story short, and because the watch meant a lot to me, I had them "replace" the mechanism for $100, and NEVER received the old one back, as originally requested and normally expected (I am still wondering how much that worth, since it disappeared). On top of everything else, the new mechanism does not fit well in the watch resulting the crown to be left slightly out. Being a water resistant watch, I tried taking a shower, which resulted to having the watch filled with water. On top of everything else, the newly installed mechanism got rusty. I can literally see rust on the face of my watch, making it look a pretty cheap and bad watch. The choice is your when it comes to his repairs.
Redlands Jewelry and Repair - Redlands
Michelle Zaharek: I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! I was in need of a good jeweler to fix some victorian rings that I have. One of them had prongs that were just way too long, and the other one had prongs that were all wonky. I had been holding on to them for a while and finally felt that it was time to get them fixed. I brought them to Redlands jewelry repair and the quality of work is astounding. Im so pleased and cant wait to get more stuff done by them! (Pardon the dirty hands, I was gardening earlier today) 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.
