1 /5 Lisa Khemmanivong: Took my dads eye glasses to repair on Friday around noon, the lady told us to pick it up around 5pm. I told her I will come pick up Saturday morning and she agreed. Came back on Saturday around noon, the old man went to check and came back and told me its not being work on yet and I told him I was told it should be done since yesterday at 5pm. The man got upset and threw back the glasses and told me to take it somewhere else. Hes too busy and got upset. I was a bite confused, why is he so upset and being so rude at me when I came pick up the time that I was told. I drove 25 minutes and have to pay for parking and this old man is so rude. I will take it elsewhere. Do need this type of behavior. Maybe he just old and tired, so bad experience at this place .
