Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! Betsy did an absolutely incredible job finishing my ring exactly how I pictured it. I am so thankful to have found this spot and less than a month later am back for more.

The team at Love & Luxe did a wonderful job coordinating the redesign of my engagement ring and wedding band. They worked directly with the designer, Ruth Tomlinson and made the entire process super easy and enjoyable. They also have a extensive selection of beautiful/unique jewelry ready for purchase. I cant recommend this place enough!

5 /5 Jason King: Love & Luxe is a hip, high-end jewelry gallery on one of the hipper, more high-end parts of Valencia. The store is beautiful and features a curated collection of jewelry made by local artists. Yes, the prices are high, however this is not the kind of place where youll find mass-produced sterling silver. Loads of awesome, unique pieces. The shop owner is very friendly and is good about helping the customer admire the pieces, rather than pressing them to buy. She also seems to have good personal relationships with the artists, many of whom can be seen in the store. Classy establishment.

I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. Heather Rossi: I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

Debbie Chou: We found a ring design online that we really liked, but it wasn’t available in platinum. Design Jewelers was able to make custom rings in platinum for us — and we love the result! They were also able to accommodate our timeline and finished the rings in just one week, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for others making custom rings: provide as many details as possible up front. We had envisioned a mirror-polished finish, but the reference we sent actually had a matte look. Our rings were made with a matte finish initially, but when we realized the mismatch, Design Jewelers kindly polished them for us at no extra charge (even with engravings inside the rings) — and we were able to pick them up the very next day! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for custom wedding rings!
