Rather than maintaining a professional tone, he repeatedly cited his law firm and legal background as leverage, which felt more like intimidation than collaboration. He also hung up on us. While we always strive to maintain open and respectful communication, the tone and approach used in this situation were unprofessional and unnecessary.     Remik: Much like doing your own taxes, you can try to fill out all the paperwork and go through the process on your own, and lose some hair in the process… or, you can hire a qualified attorney who makes things so much easier - and so much less stressful! Ive applied for US citizenship/naturalization and the Fong|Aquino law firm reviewed my status, did the legwork, took care of all applications, did all the paperwork (way more than I anticipated!), and handled everything every step of the way. On the interview day, Attny J Craig Fong attended the US Immigration interview with me, making sure everything was on-point and there were no unexpected surprises or questions I wouldnt know how to answer. Overall - excellent experience, made the whole process less stressful, and the results speak for themselves. My application was approved and I was sworn in as a new US Citizen in record time - literally in just a few weeks, vs "do it yourself" 8-10 month process that the US Immigration website was telling me my application would take.
