Whenever I call she recognizes that I am calling and greets me by my first name. She is always in a great mood and it really feels like she has my best interest in mind. A few days later, we were notified by the underwriters we were being cancelled because of 2 claims. Now we are really scrambling because of false assurance. Our insurance is also in an escrow account to be paid. Now even our lenders cant even tell us what our payment is until this is cleared. Thanks for the nightmare. Heads up, make sure the underwriters say you have coverage before you cancel, DONT go by what that girl in the office says. This is lasting months.
