5 /5 Guillory Bruce: I would like to start off by saying thank you to the Lendmark staff, especially Carmen. She was so down to earth and so transparent as a person I had just met. I can’t thank her enough for listening and understanding. When life happens and things we can’t control come into play it’s places like Lendmark and Carmen who showed not just integrity, but pure professionalism. She took the time to understand my situation and help to find a solution when most places would have just dim the lights even more. Nobody wants to be in unexpected situations, but Carmen related to the situation not only as a professional, but as a person who understands life in general. Once again thank you Lendmark and Carmen for being about customer service.

5 /5 Raul Recinos: Service was great! Letitia took her time to help us out with our loan. We werent sure if we needed to schedule an appointment but as soon as we walked in she was very welcoming. She walked us through every step so there were no hidden surprises. Would definitely recommend coming here.

1 /5 John W: I called today & was turned away, I asked the women who answered the phone what was the criteria they needed for me to qualify for a loan? She said a picture of my id & my most recent pay stub. My most recent was back in February, I told her I was on disability she then proceeded to cut me off then said “no we won’t accept you” . She then asked if my disability was temporary or permanent, I told her it was temporary & she still said “no we won’t accept you until you go back to work”. what was the point of asking if my disability was permanent or temporary if you were just gonna say no that I won’t be accepted anyway? Don’t come here if you’re in a pinch or in a situation like mine! They’ll just make you feel more awful than you already feel!
