5 /5 Tim Weaver: I’m happy to write a review for Lemon Law Partners (LLP). I had a Ford Focus that had ongoing transmission problems. Eventually it began overheating. Ford would repair the car but it would end up back in the shop after time. I spoke to several lawyers I knew and they had words of praise for LLP. I called and talked to them myself and I felt I could trust them with my claim against Ford. I submitted my paperwork to LLP and they kept me posted as the case progressed. I never had to go to court. Eventually I got information about what Ford was offering to settle the case. I discussed it with my wife and the LLP staff and we decided it was a great settlement that was very fair. I know I could not have done so well on my own. I never wanted to file a claim, but in the end LLP made the process very simple. I am very happy to recommend LLP for your Lemon Law claim. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Although they couldn’t take my case just yet, due to important specifics of the Lemon Law being appealed, and hopefully overturned, Arthur still took the time with me on the phone to explain everything that was going on with the appeal. He was also kind enough to get me headed in the right direction so I could better handle KIA on my own. Since then, KIA has really dropped the ball! I’ve been out of my vehicle now for three long months with no resolve in sight! Not to mention, thousands in rental car bills which KIA won’t reimburse me until the car is fixed! I’m really hoping that I am able to have LLP, and Arthur handle this complete debacle, and hold KIA accountable for treating a valuable, and longtime customer inappropriately.

After the dealership made no efforts to compensate me for these issues and acted like it was no big deal I turned to Lemon Law Partners for help. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. After the first low ball offer from the dealership, our lawyer Arthur told them it was unacceptable and we would be going after them for more damages and two days later Honda offered to buy the car back. The entire process went so smoothly I almost couldn’t believe it was actually happening so fast. Arthur was very responsive to any emails that I sent and answered any question that I had.
