1 /5 Yana Celae: Going through a custody issue is bad enough but when I called to information the receptionist responded extremely rudely and unprofessional. There was a $40 fee for a half hour consultation which is fine but I expressed that I didnt want to waste the money if I wasnt going to use them (Im pretty sure that concern was a legit concern) before I finished she rudely cut me off and told me "well go find a company who does free consultation" beyond glad I decided to not pursue this company to handle a situation so delicate. I will definitely be spreading the word about unprofessional my first and only encounter with this company was!!!!!
