1 /5 Elisabeth Pennington: I sent $275 for a 30 minute consultation of an attorney who stated word for word: You have two options, you can leave or try to stay but I cant guarantee we will win and then it stays on your record for 10 years. The eviction was already identified as illegal in nature, but I contacted the firm for compensation for retaliation eviction and constructive eviction which they stated they handled and after payment stated they dont handle.
