5 /5 Charles Lee: Unbeknowst, I was driving on a suspended license due to failure to keep my SR-22 insurance valid. Unfortunately, I had been duped by my insurance carrier and saddled with the aftermath. On my return snowboarding trip from Mammoth-to-Los Angeles, I got pulled over twice by the Sherriff. I got my license revoked initially, and then received a misdemeanor the following stop in Bishop. I hired Josh to assist in my situation. He professionally handled my case and put my worries to rest. He acquired the necessary documentation and facts, analyzed the potential good and bad outcome, and then fought for the best result. After transparent discussions during the course of several months (during COVID), we settled on an approach that resulted in downgrading my misdemeanor to an infraction, as well as the judge gracefully reducing my fee amount. Needless to say, I was pleased of the results and owe it to Josh, his expertise, reputation, and the relationships he has built in the courtroom to achieve such a good result. It restored my faith that there can be justice for a mistake, albeit even when it was my responsibility. Thank you.
