1 /5 Savanna Dambacher: Margarita was supposed to be my Social Security attorney. We signed a contract stating she would be paid when I get approved, out of my back pay. This is standard and normal for Social Security attorneys. Margarita repeatedly used the fact that she hadnt yet been paid as an excuse to not do her job. She is very incompetent, continuously told me to contact Social Security directly even though when you have an attorney, they arent allowed to speak directly to you and must go through your attorney! She also refused to help me get an appointment rescheduled because she just didnt think that having a previously scheduled appointment at the same time was a "good enough reason" to request a reschedule. When confronted about her incompetence, she just decides to drop the client, because she also lacks integrity. Im happy to have found much better representation.
ETA: Never screamed at or called anyone anything until after Id already decided to leave, when Margaritas only and immediate response to being told she isnt doing something right was to end the contract.
