1 /5 Zac Warren: I was referred to Leo by a friend who had a great experience, so I trusted that my case would be handled just as well. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My situation involved a squatting renter, and Leo assured me he could resolve it within 30 to 45 days. I paid $2,600 upfront at the beginning of July and trusted him to get the job done.
From there, everything went downhill. Over five months later, Leo has not followed up with me once—I’ve had to chase him down every time for updates. The detainer wasn’t even filed until October, and I’ve still heard nothing since. Every time I ask for an update, he blames delays on the clerk’s office being busy.
Leo’s lack of organization and care for my situation has been incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend hiring him to anyone.
