My husband got a misdemeanor, so he must to appear to the court. We hired Mr. Pharr to represent my husband at the court and taken care of the case for him. 2 /5 kyle Tostenson: Told me I had a decent case to get me to re-up the retainer to the tune of $2,500, then later told me he had been confusing my case with somebody elses, convinced me to take a deal, and promised to use the overpayment of retainer money to pay the fine. Months passed and he didnt pay the fine and now a CA agencys collectors are harrassing me. This guy is an uber douche; he totally ruined my life and still hasnt paid the fine in full as promised. Oh yeah, hes having "cash flow issues".
