1 /5 Jacqie Talavera: The district attorney is ridiculous when I’ve called several times wanting to meet with him to show him letters and documents he is nowhere to be found! No only does he ignore a person but he does not return a call either. Kings county encourages false allegations and does not defend the real victim here but defends the real criminal committing perjury here! Kings county also lets people take plea deals for something they did not commit and still let them do the time how sad is that! My husband was an innocent man and an amazing father and he was incarcerated dude to allegations with no proof or witness. Not only did he do time but his daughter and his rights were ripped from him and never given back. Not only did he lose time and memories but he also lost his life he lost a clean background and he is now looked at like a criminal for the rest of his life. My husband was ignored and brushed to the side like he was nothing when letters were sent to the judge of kings county and the district attorney from the state stating that my husband had been given a wrong sentence and needed to be fixed and changed. Yet no one did anything about it. I am speaking up now and defending my husband and going public now and I will no longer keep my mouth shut! I will show all proof and speak as loud as I need to make my voice and my husbands story loud and clear. My husband is a victim of misconduct and something needs to be done! Shame on you kings county and shame on you district attorney of kings county! Do better and be better and quit violating people’s rights!
