Lisa Lomeli: If I could give no stars, I would! I called in to get a quote since this company says it looks at all different rates with different companies. I had called several different companies to get quotes and thought this may streamline my search. The gentleman that answered was not too friendly and it sounded like I was interrupting him when he was working on another task. He got the information quickly, put me on hold and came back and said the best rate is with XXX company. The quote was 3Xs the price I had gotten everywhere else. He said that the quote would change because of the 2 week waiting period! Okay, but I dont think it will be 3X the amount of the quote. The other companies also asked questions about education level, what type of work the prospective insured did, if the inured was part of an alumni or association etc. These types of questions give discounts on the rate. This company asked none of these! He asked me what quotes I had been given and when I told him, he said it was best to go with them!! I let him know that he hadnt been very helpful and he said okay and hung up! This company has so many good reviews that it is sad this type of employee has given this impression of them. I will never shop here again!
