I worked with Chris the loan officer to open my account, set up auto pays, refi my car loan and obtain a personal loan to consolidate things. Chris made this transition quick and easy! His professionalism was exemplary! Everything I was promised was followed through and followed up on by Chris. Every time I had a question it was easy to get in contact with him via phone, text or email! I also had the pleasure of working with a few other members who were also professional with wonderful customer service!
