She was calm and took care of business. She printed out some forms for me and got my new car insurance changed. I have been with State Farm for decades and this incident was handled so much better than some of my prior claims. My beautiful car was totaled but this experience made it easier to handle. Thank everyone for making it easier for me!!! I want to add on that Yasmine was on top of checking on my claim and helping to expedite all of the pay outs on my claim. She called several times which helped me work through all my emotions about the crash. Plus she answered lots of my questions. You all should be proud of your customer service! This is why I love my State Farm office team members.
