However JMJ Financial takes away the intimidation factor, and guides you step-by-step through the entire process. In spite of my many questions, Jesse never made me feel uncomfortable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. But, I have to say the very best part about working with Jesse was how quickly he responds to texts. I once texted him a complex question (on a weekend!!) and he called me right away to answer my question. To me, that really demonstrated his commitment to his clients.

I have never had a bad experience at FPCU, they provide top-notch service each time, whether it’s on the phone or in person, they are always courteous and friendly. Our closest FPCU location now is in Seal Beach, and Debra (the Manager) is always nice and friendly when I come in for my business, and Ernest is also courteous and helpful, and they have another Staff member whom I haven’t interfaced with yet. We’ve also bought a vehicle through their Autoland service in Downey (the first and only time we’ve bought from Autoland because we still have that car) in 2014. That experience was 100% stress-free, we selected our car and amenities, and the Autoland Rep contacted us when it was delivered to FPCU-Downey. We went inside to sign papers and we were trading in our old car, swapped keys, and we were out of FPCU within an hour. I would highly recommend Financial Partners Credit Union for all of your banking needs.

Alluring Hair Boutique: They ask for your bank information before you even know if you’re approved. That’s exactly how most people’s banks accounts end up getting hacked. A friend of mines left another review earlier and they assumed she was denied when in fact we both didn’t even finish our applications because they asked for our banking information before we even knew if we were approved. We both called today no one even answers the phone at the Long Beach office location and they only have an automated system that won’t take you to anyone to speak with over the phone. It’s just a weird company over all coming from the east coast I’ve never seen a company ask for peoples banking information but they don’t answer calls they just refer people to go online and apply for loans.
