John and Sharon helped us in Nov. 2021 and were always on it. They ensured we got the best quotes and were extremely patient with our questions. Extremely quick, too. I was referred to Ives by a friend and I am now seeing for the first time that Ives already has 5/5 on Google Reviews — not surprising. They truly are great!

Josh was always responsive. I always felt like I was his only client. We would review my insurance periodically to ensure that I had the "right" coverage and "not" the most expensive coverage. I always appreciated that. Moreover, when I had questions, Josh took the time to answer my questions no matter how far left those questions might be. He was never inconvenienced. When it was clear that I was retiring and relocating out of state Josh continued to answer my questions and reviewed the coverage I was getting (still State Farm), who does that. Josh set a HIGH bar and if state laws did restrict insurance persons licenses state-by-state Josh would still be my guy!
