Raquel McKuen: Normally, I would give this location, pretty high rating, but today they dropped the ball I went there to do a DMV transaction however I had no idea that they are shutting down something is going on with their building unknown what the issue is and they pretty much fail to disclose what it is…their prerogative however it would have been nice to either made an announcement on the local radio station saying that they would be shutting down and they would be diverting their business to their Apple Valley location until the former party city store is renovated to handle AAA business. it would’ve been nice to have been given a heads up instead of driving into the parking lot seeing pop-up tents with people sitting outside handing you a map diverting you to the Apple Valley location, which when you get there is extremely slammed.
