The owner and staff genuinely care for all the members, and are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate everyone. The community within the gym is great. Members care for each other, respect each other’s space, and all carry a supportive attitude that is welcoming to any new comer. If you want to get serious about your training, and want to be surrounded in an environment that promotes that to people of all training levels, I cannot recommend Iron Warehouse enough.

2 /5 Nyife Dobashi: Powerlifting wise is good, came here when I won a competition. definitely not a bodybuilders gym. but only open for 5 hours? Why would I spend 120$ month to go a gym that’s closed most of the day and closed on Sunday? Only one tiny bathroom? 24 hour fitness is 100% the better option for your money and overall equipment.

Roxanne Thomas: When I first came to A Better You Fitness, I was extremely insecure about my capabilities in working out. I can remember the very first day arriving to the gym and how warmly I was greeted by everyone there. I was also very hesitant to start, but coach Paul never gave up on me. The people there are extremely warm and encouraging. The coaches are very helpful and will make adjustments that you might need to ensure you are your best. I cannot think Coach Paul enough and the other two wonderful coaches For convincing me that I am strong enough, I am worthy enough to learn how to take care of my health. If you are considering joining. I would run to sign up, not walk. This will be the best experience of your life.

Crunch Fitness - San Lorenzo - San Lorenzo

Gianni May: I have been to many Crunch locations in diff states and the one in San Lorenzo is smaller than the ones I am used to in South Florida. For its size it has everything you need for a nice workout. It tends to get busy later in the day when people are getting work. The staff there are professional who know what they are doing. The one thing I have noticed that is different from some of the Crunch locations in Florida is how they dont have wet wipes in the California locations. I dont like using a spray bottle with paper towels.

Pavithra Raghavan: Most entitled fitness chain. They behave like they do this for charity and have a gazilion rules , can’t show up after 5 mins, late cancel. Heck people have lives and jobs and can’t be perfect, most people try to fit in fitness and there needs to be some flexibility. After all we pay for it. The music in the class is insanely loud with an instructor always screaming, Save yourself and just go run in the park.
