They did not have to knock off the discount, I would of never known it as I was completely satisfied with the original estimate. A pleasure to do business with such an honest Company. That is probably why they have been so very long. Highly recommended! 5 Stars from me.

1 /5 Tyler Anderson: The owner was very unpleasant and did not want to help. He referred to my jewelry as junk, carelessly tossing it aside. He said he would only have the real jewelry appraised if I left it, otherwise just go to another jeweler. He refused to schedule an appointment with the gemologist unless it was left. I would never recommend to anybody. He is a waste of your time.

3 /5 Suzie Czoschke: Went in to find a replacement for my wedding band that I lost. I am not into diamonds or most gem stones. I was trying to explain that I was looking for a non traditional non diamond wedding set or band and the man that was trying to help made a remark about my hippy style when i showed him what I was wearing so he would have a place to start and an idea of what I like. Now I dont think he was trying to hurt my feelings but sadly thats what happened. As someone that works in retail Ive learned never to make fun of someones styles choices, they love it and I do my best to help them find it. He did try but after that remark my heart just wasnt in it any more. Im intimidated going into jewelry stores and this just wasnt a pleasant experience.

Isaias Guzman: This review is in regard to a really rude worker named Angie from Pandora in the valley plaza mall in Bakersfield. Absolute horrible customer service and ruined my experience as a customer, I went to buy a ring for my girlfriend on 8/6/25 and was promised by a different worker that I could bring it back a change the size if it didn’t fit, I also bought a warranty plan!! I came back 5 days later, on 8/11/25 to get the size changed and was denied because she claimed there was scuffs and build up on the ring when I asked to see the ring side to side next a brand new ring there was literally no difference. I am extremely upset with the ways she spoke to me and my girlfriend. Completely ruined my experience and really hope you guys can help me as this ring was supposed to be a engagement ring.

I had no intent of returning anything but after my experience with the first necklace I did not want to put on any more jewelry from them. I tried returning and they would not help me. I was told to provide a receipt and unfortunately the receipt never went to my email. I asked for a number to call customer service and they were unable to provide me with a number. DO NOT BUY!!!

Well we had not set foot in another jewelry store in Bakersfield AND NOW we will not have to after visiting Robson Jewelers. The jeweler himself and the sales lady were extremely friendly and helpful!! PLUS my girlfriend has been looking at other sites on line and nothing even compares to Robsons awesome selection online and the process to make it your own. They seriously have the BEST SELECTION from vintage to newer styles. We will definitely be sticking with Robson Jewelers from now on!!! :)

Amber Mahaffey: I would have once gave this place a high rating until I went in there with my rolex and the guy behind the counter was arrogant rude and salting laughed at me multiple times after taking one look at me and said my rolex was fake when I asked him how he knew or how could I tell if a rolex was fake he showed me the 1 on his wrist and said I wear them all day long I know theyre fake or not the messed up part about it was is the way that he looked at me and didnt even look at my rolex I took the rolex to an authenticator and sold it $3223 because it was real.
