2 /5 Regina Rieck: Can never get a hold of Mr. Heywood to ask about my case. When I get a hold of the secretary, I have to set a phone appointment more than a week away. He never lets me know whats going on with my case. He has not even given good advice on a contested conservatorship of a person and administration of property. He is not attentive at all. I feel like like he has not fought for me at all but let the other party throw dirt at me all the time. There should ways be another attorney In The office that also knows about the case but theres not. He works by himself and takes on more clients than he can handle. Everytime I try to get a hold of him he is either In court or with a client. You leave him a message and he never calls you back. I feel like i am being too generous by rating him at a 2. He actually told my mom to call the other attorney if she wanted to know whats going on with the case. Well isnt that his job.? So disappointed with this Lawyer.
