My sister just started going here today due to the temporary closure of the gym she was going to and while at the other gym, she spent 2 years trying to get her arial and wasnt even close but after one day here, she is so close to getting it and Im sure she will get it at her next session. The young instructors, are quite capable and safety minded to make this school a top rated amongst others. My granddaughter has greatly improved here.

Anthony Blando: I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 11 years and have dropped into a lot of gyms over that time. Alpine Ranch CrossFit is easily one of the best I’ve been to. The facility is spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and the community is very welcoming. Coach Chappie made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. You can tell this gym takes pride in everything they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great CrossFit experience in Alpine!

Marci Tarpy: Tonya is an experienced trainer who will get you results. Each training session is with a small group and is one hour long. She will adjust your workout according to your needs, medical conditions, and level of fitness. You will never workout as hard by yourself and be as motivated.

Ty Lasky: First and foremost, the instructors are excellent, they make the classes from as well as challenging. Ive worked with Lisa, Troy, Avalon, and Steve, they are all great! The entire facility is very good, we are lucky to have it. While I use the weights and treadmill most often, outside of classes, my favorite part is the pool. Management also does a great job, particularly Kimberly. As long as we are at it, Bistro Saechao is a very nice bistro, great food and people. So, job well done.

Milka: New York fitness is a great gym. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Shellie was so nice helping me navigate the gym equipment. My kids love the kids club, it’s for sure a home away from home.

Jessica Thompson: This is a nice gym and I like It’s open 24 hours. One thing that I feel could be improved is to get another Smith machine and service the one and only one that’s in there. I use it every time I work out and I’m getting a lot of back pain because it has not been serviced and does not Slide smoothly. Maybe it just needs to be oiled or something. I also wish there could be a lower back exercise, stationary machine, more abdominal machines, and a new hip abductor abductor machines. A lot of the equipment is older and which is a big deterrent for me. Realistically, though I do understand-there’s only so much space in this building and funds are limited. The bathrooms are very clean too!

Cover Six Strength - Jackson

tania lopez: Cover Six Strength is a beautiful gym with supportive coaches and members. My friend and I came to check it out and walked out with a punch card for 10 sessions (we arent able to come regularly and a punch card was such a helpful solution to our personal needs!). Gym is big with tons of space and very nice equipment. Workout can be scaled to your fitness level, and tons of cheering was going on!

Official BearBear!_.: It’s a family run business Daniel Gryder . it’s definitely a great place to be if your looking for Jujitsu moi tai boxing MMA E.T.C also a great place to be if your just looking to get a good workout in. Lots of great machines and weight lifting. He teaches a lot of great fighters including multiple champions. Overall it’s a great gym you should try it out !
