YEN NGUYEN: It’s an horrible and a waste of time. I booked an appointment with a travel advisor online at this location, HB. When I checked in, I found out that the travel advisor was no longer working at this location but her name was still on their website for appointments. I waited for 30 minutes, then the person checked me in earlier told me that they accepted appointment on Saturday for traveling. She should have told me when I checked in with her earlier, but no, they let me book online and waited at the location for 30 minutes before saying that. AAA charged us for membership, please do a better job.

I told him I do not own house, my landlord offered me furniture. he still try to get me insurance. they just want to grab my money. The young agent when he found me online and told the car insurance is different than they take away from my credit card.
