There was nothing set in stone as offers were contingent on further with documents uploaded, etc. I got a call today, and I was declined. That wasnt the issue. The issue is that they ran a hard check credit review without my permission on Friday. I was unaware as I thought Id still be able to talk to someone and give permission after reviewing loan options. This Branch/Company is not upfront about their practices, and I will share my experience. Beware.
