He heard our quotes and thought he could do better. The offer he gave was about half of what wed gotten elsewhere. As if that wasnt enough, a few days later he called back to let us know hed managed to work an even better deal should we want to switch. Needless to say, Im very happy with the service provided.

Saitza Figueroa: This place is beyond unprofessional, I work for a dealership and the Agency was contacted with at least an hour and a half before closing as one of our customers needed to add a car onto their policy. customer was on the phone with an agent for 30 minutes assuming that the changes were being made, we were informed that they needed information from us via email provided all the info asked for payment method from the customer. We were under the impression that the changes had been finalized we were waiting on the email for 15 minutes. at that point in time, we had customer contact agency again, this is when customer is told that they are barely going to finalize the changes. This was so unnecessary for the customer as he was not able to leave until we had confirmation that change was finalize.

adan: I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Overall I hope to keep a good relationship with my now new agent . Thank you for the advice
