5 /5 Carol Tarlow: The best word to describe Body by X is FUN!! I never knew staying in shape could be this much fun. I take several classes, including Jungshin Fitness (Sword Class), Pilates and Stretch. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and right on top of whatever issues I may be having with my body. Nadia and Xavier are always there, teaching, training and/or lending encouragement to all of us. And the other members are like family. We work out together, laugh together, push each other -- couldnt do it without them! A huge added plus at Body by X is BioDensity. I do it once a week for 20 seconds (a little more with talking and getting in position) and I have erased my osteopenia! Thank you Nadia and Xavier!!

Dvora Ferrell: Nia Marin (located at BodyVibe Studio) is just what we needed here in Marin! There are now five different teachers offering Nia classes...and I can take a class every day of the week! What I love about Nia Marin is that the studio is warm and inviting. Each teacher is different, but they are all fantastic. The music is always great and I leave the classes feeling uplifted. My favorite part about Nia is that it is a full-body workout that keeps all of my joints and muscles flexible and moving. If you havent tried a Nia class yet, check out Nia Marin. I highly recommend it!!!

Elena Chernousova: I am taking as a boys mom. The gym is good! They are doing amazing job organizing events, classes and camps. However, there are several issues. The schedule is tight and not flexible, organizing privates is impossible. Also, since there is just only one boys class, your chances get there are slim. The camps are well made and managed. The kids really do gymnastics during the camps, my boys are wiped out after it. However, it might happen that a camp would be just girls! The Parking by the door has become dangerous. Parents park cars three layers which obstacle view to go in/out and even dropping off a kid is an issue since you cant be sure that he makes it through safely.

Fun and casual environment for families that want to get their kids comfortable with balance, body movement, tumbling, being upside down all without the pressure of competition. Plus she gets a ton of energy out and a great time with her friends . Gymnastics day is a day she, and we as parents, look forward to. Classes at flying Dutchman gymnastics might be one of the best sports deals in town!

Mackenzie Marceau: I’ve enrolled in the Cave’s Parent & Me toddler classes for both of my daughters over the past few years, each time hopeful for a fun and engaging experience. Unfortunately, both times left me disappointed. The instructor sat in the corner during every session and provided no instruction or meaningful interaction, beyond setting up an obstacle course at the beginning of class. There was a noticeable lack of energy, engagement, or guidance, which made the class feel underwhelming and not worth the cost. I do see how the programs for older children seem more structured and enjoyable, but at the toddler level, this class didn’t meet expectations. I really hope the program finds an instructor who’s passionate about working with toddlers and can bring some energy, creativity, and FUN into these sessions. With the right leader, this class has the potential to be a wonderful experience for both kids and parents!

Isidora Bastias: I love this studio! I’ve been coming on and off since they opened, and I finally decided to get a membership. After practicing consistently for a while now, I’ve never felt stronger, more grounded, and more connected to myself. It’s even improved my jiujitsu and weightlifting. The heat, the music, the flows, and the overall vibe are amazing. The instructors push you to go hard while also helping you stay safe in your body. I highly recommend Bodhi if you want to sweat, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
