I trusted Christina for years and I do not regret it. She has always gone to bat for me when it came to insurance. She has gotten me the lowest premium for the best coverage for 3 plus years now. This year I had my first claim relating to the roof on my house. She was there to help me navigate what to do next. She also recommend I ask roofers to replace my roof with a certain class of shingles that ended up saving me $1300 in insurance premiums. Christina Creswell is my go-to on all insurance needs and will be going forward!

Jack Hayes: Have been with this office at least a decade. I bought a new vehicle and traded in my old one. I just wanted to add the new and remove the old. Sent and email with new VIN and details. No response. Sent another email the next day, no response. Called and left messages, no response, called the Call center, was on for 10 minutes and they disconnected me. Called back again, they couldnt get through to his office. Sent another email saying I had to call another company as I needed insurance on my car, no response. Finally a week later I called the Call center again to check and see if they cancelled my policy, NOPE. She cancelled for me. Done with Allstate thanks to Dudley
