5 /5 Alexander Mellor: Amazing. Claudia did more to help my chronic back issues in two weeks, than 12 weeks of physio therapy. The program focuses on myo-fascial release and core strengthening. Claudia is wonderful and I am hooked.

5 /5 Roy: A very professional and welcoming stretch and posture studio in Merced. Claudia the instructor has a virtue for patience and guidance. I learned stretches that I’ve never experienced or thought of before. The profound muscle release experienced is amazing! I highly recommend for preventative care and aging. The stretches are beyond basic stretches learned in PE. They’re highly effective in targeting muscles with body weight, movement, and tools. Anyone in any physical level can pop in and feel welcomed. Claudia will teach the class a stretch, each person scans their body and stretches up to their own potential. This is also a fun experience to do with a partner, friend, relative, and/or parent. Everyone will go home feeling brand new and relaxed.

Martin and Claudia have provided a supportive foundation since starting this journey in October 2022. Let me share my daughter’s story. In 2021-2022, after several right leg injuries (dislocated knee 2x & sprained ankle), traditional physical therapy (PT) was not providing the long term solution to prevent re-injuries and manage pain and discomfort. We were left with a great deal of questions after being discharged from PT. The orthopedic doctor indicated my daughter needed to strengthen her legs, but little direction outside PT. We were told re-injury was bound to happen and eventually surgery would happen. Not something a parent wants to hear. How would this impact our daughter long term and her mobility as she got older? Looking for a trainer or a program, I stumbled upon functional patterns (FP) while scrolling through social media. It looked promising and found Rewire Biomechanics close by. My daughter is in her 4th month and it’s night and day to the 13year old who initially started this program. She has become more self aware, deals with no pain and is more confident in her bodies ability. Martin has shown her that putting in the work, yields the results to help with pain, discomfort and prevention of re-injuries. In the end, it’s not about her playing sports, but about being able to do every day things with no pain, being mobile and confident in her body’s ability to perform every day tasks and doing the things she loves, such as sports. She just finished a weekend long competitive volleyball tournament, where she put all her hard work on display. Meaning, pain free and confident thanks to Martin! Witnessing this first hand, my husband and I have also started our FP journey. We are committed as a family to put in the work. At Rewire Biomechanics, we have found a community that lends support and provides the direction to address every day pain. We are no longer looking at some of the pain and discomfort we carry on a daily bases due to age or whatever the reason, as a byproduct of every day life. Thanks to Martin and Claudia, and FP foundation, the path to address this is set before us. With all this, as a family, we find ourselves extremely lucky to have Rewire Biomechanics close by. We have gained so much in so little time. Can’t wait too see what further gains the work will provide our family in the future.
